About FADAS

Farnborough and District Angling Society is a small society that was established in 1933 to provide access to fishing venues for local anglers. We are based in Northeast Hampshire with a membership of approximately 400. The membership is made up of approximately 80% pleasure anglers, a proportion of whom are OAPs, disabled and juniors.

There is also a strong match following. The Junior Team won the Junior National Championships in 2002 and 2003. We also run club matches group of about 15 anglers, who fish for club trophies and also travel to neighbouring club's waters to fish.

A small but select group fish for the carp that are to be found in club waters. We also offer small stream Trout fishing for the game hunter.

Membership is available to everyone. Coaching can be provided to novice anglers. Disabled members welcomed, with access to many of our waters. All ages are encouraged to join. For more information see our membership section.
